Review Shoyeido Premium Agarwood Incense: Nan-kun Southern Wind
Musky and woody and delightful sweet note are the main characteristic of this incense.
The joy starts when you open the package, you could smell the beautiful aroma almost immediately. Carefully take one stick out, sniff it, you would appreciate the craftsmanship of Shoyeido.
Light it up, and smell, slowly you could feel camphor and the distintive agarwood scent which is musky and vanillic. Distance between the Nankun and my nose is 20 cm. Do not worry, this won't make your eyes watering like some low quality one.
Put it down, walk around the room and you would be surprise as your nose would pick up more dense woody scent, very pleasant aroma which starts to fill up the room. Welcome and inviting ambiance, your guest would feel happy if you light this up to start a conversation.
