Part 2: Behind Shah Sultan's house, semi cultivated agarwood updated

Remember the semi-cultivated Aquilaria tree found in the forest, click here for the story

5 months ago, April 2016, our team came across this tree in our private land, the tree is decades old, so it was decided to inoculate some "juices".

5 months later, the infection has spread. We decided to  hold off our temptation, let it grow and mature.

 

Please note this tree is decades old to provide this beautiful resin. Please see below  young tree with infection (photo from APCB Planters Malaysia). There is a clear distinction in colour.
