Teone Reinthal- Prana - Oud (Oudh) Perfume Review

When I put this it on me, I see trees, I smell woodsy and floral, I feel warm and energised.

This perfume is simple and bold. 3 main notes are loud and clear: Mysore Sandalwood, Patchouli and Ylang Ylang. If you left in a cotton pad, in days two, you will be able to detect the oud note clearly. An excellent blend, crafted by Teone.

This review is a credit to her work. Teone is one of a few perfumers who is able to create a well-blended genuine oud perfume. Natural oud is complicated and unlike single note synthetic oud, it changes over a period of time. Without the experience, this precious material would be wasted. They key here is balance, too much of it, it becomes unnecessary, too little of it, it becomes non-existent. To find the right amount of genuine oud which can augment his/her own blend is not an easy task. Teone has achieved it by successfully create many different Oud blends. Prana and Zeeba are the most outstanding works of her.
