如果没有茶壶，用小弓或小杯子就可以了，开始时取10到12个茶球即可

将水煮沸，请勿将其加热到沸点，否则会烧坏茶。一旦出现中等气泡，就该关掉水壶了，因为沸水已经没有氧气了（通过气泡逸出）。当我还是个孩子的时候，我常常让这种沸水完全冷却到室温，然后将其倒入我的鱼缸中，令人惊讶的是，鱼开始张开嘴在水面上游动。

将水倒入杯中，冲泡 3 分钟即可享用。您最多可以重复冲泡茶 5 次
